Lavazza, the Italian coffee company, has launched a new coffee brewing system in North America featuring plastic-free pods called 'Tabli'. These pods are made entirely of compressed coffee, eliminating the need for capsules, individual wrapping, or coatings.
The innovation is the result of five years of research and development, resulting in over 15 patents. The Tabli pods are designed to expand during brewing, creating a 'Crema Plus' foam layer, which is characteristic of high-quality espresso. The machine, designed in Italy, requires no setup, grinding, or measuring, offering a convenient and sustainable coffee experience.
