What's Happening?
Interlochen Arts Academy students, in collaboration with members of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra, performed at Detroit's Orchestra Hall as part of the 'Imagine US: Celebrating America at 250' tour. This event marked the first major city performance
of the tour, featuring a new cello concerto by Wynton Marsalis, Symphony No. 4 by Charles Ives, and 'RE|Member' by Reena Esmail. The performance was a multidisciplinary event, incorporating dance, film, animation, and theater to create a visual spectacle. The concert was broadcast live by Classical IPR, co-hosted by Amanda Sewell and Dave Wagner.
