learning, talent, and people executives, alongside 500 employees, to assess how organizations are integrating skills data with workforce agility. The findings reveal that organizations treating skills visibility and talent activation as interconnected systems significantly outperform their peers. These high-performing organizations (HPOs) are identified by their superior performance across 16 talent and business measures, including employee development and profitability. The report emphasizes that these organizations are more likely to use internal talent for new initiatives and adapt quickly to changing priorities, leveraging AI-enabled tools and workforce data to align capabilities with business needs.
