Stonebridge, a Denver-based hotel management company, has been selected to manage a new Kimpton hotel currently under development in downtown Salt Lake City, Utah. The luxury lifestyle property, developed by The Domain Companies, is expected to open in early
2028. The hotel will feature 216 rooms, two distinctive dining options, including a rooftop bar, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Additionally, it will offer 7,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including a ballroom and boardroom, as well as indoor and outdoor terraces for social and corporate events. The hotel is strategically located within walking distance of key attractions such as the Convention Center and the Delta Center, and is approximately 15 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport.
