What's Happening?
ST Engineering has introduced a new line of small attack drones designed for urban combat scenarios. These drones, revealed at the Singapore Airshow, include the Artos, Artex, and Ares systems, each capable
of carrying different payloads ranging from 20 grams to 500 grams. The drones are designed to be recoverable if their payloads are not used. The Artos system is expected to enter production within the year. Alongside these drones, ST Engineering also showcased the EagleStrike loitering munition and a cargo delivery drone, the DrN-600, which is primarily aimed at the commercial market but could have military applications.
