by 11.1% from $360,000. Single-family homes saw a median selling price of $405,000, up 3.8% from the previous month and 11.3% from August 2024. Additionally, seven single-family homes sold for $1 million or more, compared to five such transactions in August 2024. Condominiums and townhomes also experienced a price increase, with a median of $390,000, up 11.4% from July and 13% from August 2024. The number of recorded sales in Ottawa County dropped by 7.3% since August 2024, totaling 344 sales.
