Trane Technologies has expanded its Thermo King Americas division by acquiring CSTK, a long-standing Thermo King dealer. This acquisition includes 10 sites and over 200 employees, enhancing Thermo King's
ability to provide temperature control solutions for refrigerated transport in the Northeast and Central United States. CSTK will continue to offer installation, maintenance, repairs, contracts, and telematics services for temperature-sensitive freight. Adam Wittwer, president of Thermo King Americas, emphasized the acquisition's role in strengthening service delivery and expanding market presence.
