serve as a strategic hub for the West Coast seafood industry, allowing Shinkei to maintain end-to-end quality control from catch to processing. The facility will also pilot NERA, Shinkei's next-generation quality control system, which analyzes fish in real-time to ensure peak freshness and quality. The plant is expected to be fully operational this spring, supporting growth across restaurant and retail channels.
