What's Happening?
SAGA Metals Corp. has commenced the 2026 phase of its Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) drill program at the Radar Titanium-Vanadium-Iron Project in Labrador, Canada. The program aims to expand and confirm
oxide zones identified in previous drilling. The initial phase will focus on the Trapper Zone, with plans to drill 30 holes to assess the mineralization potential. SAGA Metals is a North American mining company focused on critical mineral discoveries, supporting the transition to supply security for North American markets.
Why It's Important?
The Radar Project is strategically significant for North America's critical mineral supply chain, particularly for titanium, vanadium, and iron. These minerals are essential for various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and renewable energy. The successful development of the Radar Project could enhance North America's mineral independence and reduce reliance on foreign sources. SAGA Metals' exploration efforts align with broader initiatives to secure critical mineral supplies, supporting economic growth and technological advancement.
