NūMove Robotics & Vision has successfully deployed more than 20 semi-automatic mixed palletizer systems across the United States. Since its initial implementation in 2021, the technology has been adopted by leading wholesale alcoholic beverage distributors.
Currently, 22 units are operational in nine states, with some facilities installing multiple units to enhance throughput and flexibility. The system combines automation with human collaboration, allowing for efficient order preparation. It automates pallet handling and load wrapping, while operators perform mixed palletizing tasks, achieving throughputs of up to 1,000 products per hour. The solution is delivered directly by NūMove or in collaboration with its integration partner, DMW&H, as part of large-scale automation projects.
