Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) and PepsiCo have expanded their regenerative agriculture program in Saskatchewan, Canada, a key canola-producing region. The initiative aims to support farmers in adopting practices that improve soil health, reduce greenhouse
gas emissions, and protect ecosystems. In 2025, the program involved 16 farmers across 25,000 acres, producing 26,000 tonnes of canola. For 2026, the goal is to expand to 45,000 acres. The program uses the Cool Farm Tool to assess outcomes, helping farmers track and improve their practices.
