Infosys, a leader in digital services, and the ATP, the governing body of men's professional tennis, have announced the launch of 'Ally', an AI-powered chatbot designed to enhance fan engagement. This development is part of an extended partnership between Infosys and ATP, which will continue through 2028. Ally, powered by Infosys Topaz, offers real-time insights and interactive conversations for tennis fans, providing information on match statistics, tournament draws, and player stats. The chatbot is integrated with the ATP Stats Centre to ensure accurate and safe user experiences. Additionally, Infosys and ATP have launched Version 2.0 of the Carbon Tracker, a sustainability initiative aimed at reducing players' travel emissions.
