Davis Malm, a Boston-based business law firm, has announced the addition of Hui Chen as an associate to its Employment Group. Hui Chen is an experienced employment litigator who will focus on assisting employers and individuals with employment-related matters such as wage and hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, and contract disputes. He will also provide counsel on drafting and implementing company handbooks, restrictive covenants, and severance agreements. Prior to joining Davis Malm, Chen served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the U.S. District Court in Boston and the Maine Supreme Judicial Court. He holds a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
