His expertise includes export controls under the Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations, as well as sanctions regulations managed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control. Hill also provides guidance on customs and import laws, anti-boycott regulations, and anti-corruption laws, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Additionally, he advises on investment restrictions, national security reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the U.S., and outbound investment prohibitions.
