The protagonist, Aoteru Misumi, is a low-ranking official who seeks to end the violence and reunite the nation through strategy and persuasion. Directed by Kazuaki Terasawa and written by Teruko Utsumi, the anime is based on Ikka Matsuki's manga, which began serialization in 2021.
