European defense contractor KNDS has announced the appointment of Nicolas Groult as the new CEO of KNDS France, effective January 5, 2026. Groult succeeds Nicolas Chamussy, who stepped down on September
30, 2025, after more than four years in the role. During the interim, Nicolas Million, the current CFO, has been serving as acting CEO. Groult brings 25 years of senior management experience in technology-focused sectors, including automotive, railway, and aerospace and defense. Prior to this role, he was the CEO of Pandrol, a company specializing in railway infrastructure systems. Groult will oversee French operations, manage key programs, supervise industrial sites, and direct the company's development strategy.
