Zion White Bison Resort, a luxury outdoor resort near Utah's Zion National Park, has partnered with Mews, a hospitality operating system, to unify its glamping and RV operations. Previously, the resort managed its luxury glamping units and over 150 RV sites
using two separate systems, which led to operational complexities and a fragmented guest experience. By consolidating these operations into Mews' unified platform, the resort aims to streamline daily workflows and enhance the guest journey. The integration includes a single system for reservations, guest profiles, and property performance, simplifying the booking process and improving service delivery. Additionally, the resort will implement Flexkeeping, a Mews company, to optimize housekeeping and maintenance, and Atomize, Mews' revenue management solution, to enhance pricing strategies for its glamping units.
