This strategic move, in partnership with GenNx360 Capital Partners and Admiralty Partners, aims to consolidate manufacturing capabilities for the U.S. defense industry. GTC and Magna, originally founded by the Kramer family, are reuniting under the GTC name, expanding their manufacturing footprint in northern Cincinnati. The acquisitions are part of Ventus's strategy to build a leading group of manufacturing partners for defense applications.
