The company, recognized as the highest-ranked Welsh firm on the Sunday Times 100 and Deloitte Technology Tech Fast 50 lists for 2025, is expanding its graduate apprenticeship program in collaboration with the Welsh Government and the University of South Wales. Since its establishment in 2021, de Novo has achieved significant growth, generating £9.8 million in sales by May 2025 and maintaining an average annual growth rate of 186.8% over the past three years. The company currently employs 115 people and has transformed various organizational functions for clients such as the Ministry of Justice and HM Treasury.
