Simmons Bank, based in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, was acknowledged for its proactive use of the FHLB Dallas FORTIFIED Fund, which supports weather-resilient roofing. The bank was the first in Arkansas to utilize this program, helping homeowners enhance their properties against severe weather. The award includes a $15,000 donation from FHLB Dallas to a nonprofit organization chosen by Simmons Bank.
