Sophie Leonard, the creator of 'Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test,' has been appointed as the executive vice president of unscripted programming at Fox. This appointment follows the departure of Yasmin Rawji, who previously held the same position. Leonard will report to Michael Thorn, the president of Fox Television Network, and will start her new role on February 17. She will be responsible for leading the creative strategy, development, and production of Fox's unscripted content, focusing on scalable competition formats and returnable event series. Leonard's previous roles include co-founding Samphire Films and serving as creative director at Minnow Films, where she developed 'Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins' and 'Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.'
