The University of Texas at Arlington's Counseling & Psychological Services is hosting a series of 'Accessing Self Energy' drop-in group sessions. These sessions aim to help participants explore and enhance personal attributes such as curiosity, compassion,
calmness, clarity, connection, confidence, creativity, and courage. The initiative is designed to provide a supportive environment for individuals seeking personal growth and self-discovery. The sessions are open to all, with no prior registration required, allowing participants to attend as many sessions as they wish. The program emphasizes inclusivity, offering accommodations for those who need them, provided requests are made five business days in advance.
