over a decade of experience with The Ritz-Carlton and Ritz-Carlton Reserve brands, having held leadership roles in food and beverage across multiple continents. His most recent position was as Complex Director of Beverage for The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong and W Hong Kong, where he managed beverage programs for ten award-winning restaurants and bars. At Half Moon Bay, Moran will oversee the beverage program for the resort's 261-room luxury coastal retreat, which includes signature dining venues such as Navio, The Conservatory, and The Ocean Terrace. Moran is a Certified Sommelier and holds a diploma in hospitality services.
