will traverse several neighborhoods, starting on Flossmoor Road and concluding on Sterling Road. The event will require the closure of key roads, including Kedzie Avenue, Governors Highway, and Flossmoor Road, from 6 a.m. to noon. The race is capped at 1,200 participants and sold out quickly. Organizers are responsible for logistics, including race timing, traffic control, and cleanup, and must provide liability insurance. The event is expected to impact local businesses and public facilities, with measures in place to notify affected residents and ensure safety.
Why It's Important?
