Frank Darabont and AMC, which settled for $200 million in 2021. His expertise spans entertainment, fitness, gaming, and toys markets. Fitzgerald is also involved in teaching at UCLA School of Law and serves on the Advisory Board for its Ziffren Institute for Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports Law.
