Outbound Hotels has announced the opening of a new location in Park City, Utah, set for early 2027. This development is part of a broader expansion strategy by Outbound Hotels, which is owned by Waterton,
in collaboration with Barings. The Park City location will feature a reimagined layout with two expansive courtyards, a new pool, hot tub, and spaces for live music and events. This marks the fourth collaboration between Waterton and Barings, following investments in other locations such as The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole and Outbound Stowe in Vermont.
Why It's Important?

The partnership with Barings also highlights a strategic investment in the hospitality sector, emphasizing the importance of innovative lodging solutions in competitive markets.
What's Next?
As Outbound Hotels continues to expand, additional locations such as Outbound Sedona and Outbound Yosemite are set to open in 2026. These developments are supported by an exclusive operating partnership with CoralTree Hospitality, which will provide the necessary infrastructure for growth. The Park City location will introduce new culinary concepts and community-focused programming, aiming to enhance guest experiences. Further details on these offerings are expected to be released as the project progresses, indicating a continued commitment to redefining alternative lodging in nature.
