What's Happening?
The EAA Aviation Museum in Oshkosh is set to host the Wings on Strings event on May 30, marking its return after more than ten years. The event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and is included with regular museum admission. Attendees can participate in kite-building
activities in the museum's Founders Wing and fly their creations on the grass runway of Pioneer Airport. The Wisconsin Kiters Club will provide demonstrations of unique kite designs throughout the day. The event will conclude with a hot air balloon glow, weather permitting.
