The acquisition was initiated after a chance meeting at an MIT recruiting event, where Mach Industries expressed interest in a solid rocket motor supplier. The deal allows Mach Industries to vertically integrate its supply chain, enhancing its ability to deliver cost-effective and high-performance products. The acquisition includes Exquadrum's 70,000-square-foot facility in Victorville, California, and its 85 employees, who will join Mach Industries.
