& Fin, a modern steakhouse in Charleston. At Live Oak, he will oversee culinary operations for the hotel's signature restaurant, Terra, and the poolside bar, Bloo Pool & Provisions. Terra will feature a menu inspired by the Lowcountry and Mediterranean regions, while Bloo Pool & Provisions will offer a Nikkei-style menu combining Japanese techniques with Peruvian ingredients.
