Future Society, a biotechnology-driven fragrance brand, has introduced a new eau de parfum named Cloud Reverie, inspired by the microbiology of cloud environments. The fragrance is created using actual microbes collected from clouds, which are then sequenced
and analyzed to identify associated scent molecules. Master Perfumer Daniela Andrier crafted the fragrance without traditional fixed top, heart, or base notes, instead opting for a continuous 'cloud' of notes to reflect the fluidity and variability of the atmosphere. Jasmina Aganovic, CEO and founder of Future Society, emphasized that this project expands the concept of natural inspiration in fragrance, highlighting the sky as an ecosystem. The fragrance aims to offer consumers a unique experience, making them feel as if they are wearing 'a piece of the sky.'
