experience from luxury hotels, resorts, and private estates. He will oversee the resort's culinary program, including the renowned BALEEN Naples, which is celebrated for its inventive coastal cuisine and stunning Gulf views. Espinosa's previous role was as Executive Corporate Chef at Charles Schwab Corporate Headquarters in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where he managed quality and service for over 3,000 executives daily. His career includes leadership positions at prestigious properties such as Hotel Vin in Dallas, Sea Island Resort in Georgia, and Nikki Beach Resorts in Miami and Cabo San Lucas. A native of Mérida, Mexico, Espinosa has trained at Escuela Culinaria del Sureste and completed a Master Class in French pastry at Universidad Tecnológica in Mérida.
