The Tennessee Titans have agreed to sign quarterback Hendon Hooker, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Hooker, a third-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, was most recently with the New York Jets, where he joined the practice squad late in the 2025 season
and was promoted to the 53-man roster in January. Previously, Hooker was waived by the Detroit Lions in August during roster cuts and briefly joined the Carolina Panthers' practice squad. Hooker has played in three regular-season games, all with Detroit in 2024, completing 6-of-9 passes for 62 yards. With Hooker's addition, the Titans now have five quarterbacks on their offseason roster, including Mitchell Trubisky, Brandon Allen, Will Levis, and 2025 No. 1 overall pick Cam Ward.
