Virginia Tech men's basketball team has announced the commitment of Ned Hull, a guard from Elon University, for the 2026-27 season. Hull, who hails from Charlotte, North Carolina, will join the Hokies as a redshirt junior with two years of eligibility
remaining. Initially joining Elon as a walk-on in 2023, Hull has shown significant development over his college career. In his first season, he averaged 1.4 points per game, improving to 4.5 points and 1.8 rebounds per game last season. Hull's performance included several double-digit scoring games, notably against William & Mary and Hampton, where he set personal bests in points and rebounds. His addition marks the fourth commitment for Virginia Tech this season, joining a roster that includes returning players and other new transfers.
