are currently underway. The company plans to complete site mobilization and establishment by May 2026, with offsite gas pipework installation expected to finish in early June 2026. Site clearance, ground preparation, and foundation work are scheduled between May and June 2026, while equipment deliveries are anticipated from late July to mid-August. The project is expected to begin commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2026. CEO Pieter Krügel highlighted the company's partnership with Power Balancing Services, which supports Quantum Data Energy's capital-light scaling model.
