Cascadia Minerals Ltd. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement with Agnico Eagle Mines Limited and other subscribers. The offering included the sale of 19,315,300 units to Agnico Eagle and 10,000,000 critical minerals flow-through units to other participants,
raising a total of approximately $8.86 million CAD. The funds will be used for general working capital and exploration activities at Cascadia's Carmacks Project in Yukon, Canada. Agnico Eagle now holds a significant stake in Cascadia, with rights to participate in future equity financings and nominate board members.
