Warner Bros. has announced that its adaptation of Emily Brontë’s classic novel, 'Wuthering Heights,' will be available for streaming on HBO Max starting May 1. The film will also air on HBO linear on May 2 at 8 p.m. ET. Notably, this adaptation will include
an American Sign Language (ASL) version, marking the first romance title on HBO Max to offer such accessibility. Directed by Emerald Fennell, the film stars Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi as the central characters, Catherine Earnshaw and Heathcliff. Fennell's interpretation of the novel emphasizes the erotic and psychological tension, transforming the Yorkshire moors into a dramatic setting for themes of desire, power, and revenge. The film has already grossed $241 million worldwide, with $84 million from domestic markets.
