LTM has announced the rollout of MIT's Universal AI program for its workforce, in collaboration with upGrad Enterprise. This initiative aims to equip employees with foundational AI reasoning skills, enhancing their ability to make informed decisions in an AI-driven
economy. The program, designed by MIT Open Learning faculty, includes 16 foundational modules and vertical-specific modules, suitable for all skill levels without requiring coding. Gururaj Deshpande, Chief Delivery Officer at LTM, emphasized the importance of human intervention in AI solutions for optimized outcomes. Ronnie Screwvala, Chairperson and Co-Founder of upGrad, highlighted the program's role in bridging capability gaps and building a future-ready workforce. Upon completion, employees will receive credentials from MIT Open Learning, certifying their AI readiness.
