Annua Signature Hotels has announced the upcoming opening of Gran Hotel Margalida in May 2026. Located in the cliffside village of Banyalbufar, Mallorca, this new hotel will be the brand's fifth Mediterranean destination. The hotel is designed by Spanish architect Alvaro Onieva and interior designer Virginia Nieto, featuring a blend of historical and contemporary Mediterranean aesthetics. With 29 ocean-facing rooms, the hotel aims to offer an intimate retreat focused on atmosphere and connection. It will also debut Annua's first fully integrated wellness concept, including a spa and movement space.
