Billboard has promoted Leila Cobo and Jason Lipshutz to co-chief content officers, overseeing the magazine's editorial content and newsroom operations. Cobo, previously the chief content officer of Billboard Latin, will continue to manage Latin music coverage and add country music to her responsibilities. Lipshutz, formerly the executive director of music, will oversee pop, rock, hip-hop, and dance music. Both will report to Billboard CEO Mike Van.
