A former battery manufacturing site in Midland, Michigan, featuring 170,000 square feet of cleanroom space, is now on sale. The facility, previously occupied by Freudenberg Battery Power Systems, offers ISO Class 6 and Class 7 cleanrooms, making it suitable
for industries such as defense, aerospace, and pharmaceuticals. The site includes 14 MW of on-site power, expandable to 28 MW, and is equipped with utilities like compressed air and nitrogen. Its proximity to Dow's Midland campus provides access to a skilled workforce, enhancing its appeal to potential buyers.
