Prior to this role, Bolton served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at McNeill Hotel Company, where she was instrumental in cultivating high-performing teams and establishing a strong organizational culture. Her previous experience also includes roles at Bowlmor-AMF and Pillar Hotel Resorts.
