Morrow's collegiate career began at New Mexico State before transferring to Upper Iowa University, where he became a standout player. He concluded his time at Upper Iowa ranked second in program history with 28 touchdown receptions and sixth in career receiving yards, totaling 2,371. Morrow was recognized as a first-team All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selection in 2025, following a season where he recorded 1,000 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns, marking the most receiving touchdowns in a season by a Peacock in over two decades.
