Leicester-based Impact HR Consulting Limited has acquired Cardiff HR consultancy EffectiveHRM, expanding its presence in the UK. This acquisition is part of Impact HR's strategy to create a national advisory
platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). EffectiveHRM, founded in 2011 by employment lawyer Emma del Torto, supports over 150 SMEs across various sectors. The firm will continue to operate under its existing brand, and all 12 employees will join Impact HR. Emma del Torto will also join the leadership team, bringing expertise in employment law and HR strategy.
