The Calabasas High School girls' 4x100 relay team achieved a significant victory at the 66th annual Mt. SAC Relays held at Hilmer Lodge Stadium. The team, consisting of Olivia Kirk, Devyn Sproles, Malia Rainey, and Marley Scoggins, set a new meet record
with a time of 44.48 seconds. This victory was particularly meaningful as it avenged their previous loss to Fullerton Rosary at the Arcadia Invitational. Coach Jeff Clanagan strategically altered the order of the runners, which contributed to their success. The team is now preparing for the Penn Relays in Philadelphia, where they aim to compete against international teams.
