Reykjavík Record Shop has released a new double album by AAIIEENN, the musical project of Hallmar Gauti Halldórsson. The album, titled 'Phonetically Ayen,' is available on vinyl and digital platforms, drawing inspiration from 1990s electronic music and IDM
(Intelligent Dance Music). The release features tracks such as 'The Beginning,' 'Monolithic,' and 'Zebra Knows Best,' the latter being the first single available for streaming. Hallmar Gauti wrote all tracks, with Hrafnkell Líndal co-writing 'Main Menu' and 'Burst Event.' The album was mastered by Friðfinnur 'Oculus' Sigurðsson, with artwork by Þórir Georg Jónsson and photography by Hallmar Gauti.
