OnTrac, an e-commerce parcel carrier based in Chantilly, Virginia, and ShipStation, a web-based e-commerce shipping service provider from Austin, Texas, have announced an expansion of their partnership.
This collaboration aims to integrate OnTrac's extensive delivery network, which covers over 75% of U.S. shoppers and 48 of the top 50 metro areas, with ShipStation's advanced shipping features. These features include automated rate shopping, inventory management, returns and exchanges, and analytics. The partnership is designed to offer online retailers, third-party logistics providers, and marketplace sellers seamless access to faster and more affordable shipping options available seven days a week. Rafael de la Vega, Senior Vice President of Business Development at Auctane, ShipStation's parent company, emphasized the long-standing relationship between the two companies and the benefits of integrating ShipStation's technology with OnTrac's delivery network.
