This win marks Mira Costa's third title in four years since the CIF sanctioned the sport in 2023. The team has an impressive record of 75-3 in CIF Southern Section competition, with a dominant 67-0 record against all teams except Redondo Union. The Mustangs' other pairs also won their matches in straight sets, contributing to the overall sweep.
