Japanese brewer Asahi has appointed UK-based ERP training consultancy Optimum to lead the training for its SAP S/4HANA transformation program, branded as Project Odyssey. This initiative aims to transition Asahi's Europe & International business unit
from SAP ECC 6 to SAP S/4HANA, creating a standardized regional template for core business processes across ten countries, including the UK, Germany, and Poland. Optimum will design and deliver a comprehensive training program to ensure user readiness and adoption, utilizing a blended learning approach with customized materials and interactive sessions. The program is set to be implemented in waves, with the first wave covering key markets such as Czechia and Romania.
