The USC Trojans football team is undergoing significant changes under the guidance of strength and conditioning coach Trumain Carroll. Hired from Kansas State last May, Carroll has brought two decades of experience to the program, marking his first true
offseason with the team. The Trojans began spring practice in early March, showcasing noticeable physical transformations among players such as Alex Graham, RJ Sermons, Elijah Newby, and King Miller.
