Nebraska Athletics has announced that the softball field at Bowlin Stadium will be named Rhonda Revelle Field in honor of the long-time head coach. The announcement was made by Husker Director of Athletics Troy Dannen following Nebraska's 13-0 victory
over Iowa. Rhonda Revelle, who has been with the program for 34 seasons, is the winningest coach in Nebraska Athletics history, with over 1,200 victories. She has led the Huskers to 23 postseason appearances and three Women's College World Series. Revelle's contributions to the program are significant, having been part of more than 75% of the games in the history of the Husker program.
